I can’t express how much these guys helped out. You never get good service from anyone anymore and these guys went above and beyond when they had no reason to. My truck went in from another dealer I bought through for an issue they could not fix, and the crew at Kent county motors not only fixed what they were asked to but they also found another common issue with these trucks while they had it that could have been catastrophic and got that taken care of too. Great communication, very friendly, timely and great service.
I had a great experience! I think the guy’s name is Steven (please forgive me if I’m wrong) anyway sir was the walking billboard for supreme customer service😁🙌🏾. I love how he kept the line of communication open and provided step-by-step updates instead of trying to take advantage of me. He gave honest feedback, was respectful and down-to-earth. You should let customer and insurance company know you are fully booked can't take another vehicle instead of keeping vehicle state for weeks let customer know up to date on their vehicle I hope they fixed it right. One person I call seen nice. I will keep up to date.
The day started with us just looking at options for a new car in the future. One week later and I am driving away with a beautiful new Buick Enclave! Our salesman, Mark Dupree, was personable, comfortable to deal with, and overall top notch. He showed interest in us, our wants, and our questions with no pressure as a salesman. He was attentive and spent lots of time with us in person and behind the scenes making sure to get us the deal we wanted. We are extremely happy with Mark and Kent County Motors!
